Refund policy
Nilia Luxe is delighted to offer a clear return and exchange policy on unopened, unused, undamaged, and unexpired lash products within 15 days of purchase. Please be aware that our lashes, adhesives, and applicators are considered hygienic beauty products, so we are unable to offer a return or exchange if the non-tamper seal is broken, the tray has been opened, or the products have been removed from their original box.
Return shipping is reviewed by our customer care team before the package is sent back. International returns must be sent as a tracked package, and the transportation cost must be paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
