Shipping policy
When you submit an order, Nilia Luxe will confirm that we have received your order by WhatsApp. The message will include the order details, delivery city, full shipping address, and order number so everything is clear before dispatch.
Once your lashwear is prepared, packed, and ready to leave the studio, we will send a second WhatsApp update with the delivery confirmation and any tracking details shared by the courier.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, depending on availability. If a requested style is out of stock, our team will contact you by WhatsApp and guide you toward the soonest delivery option or a suitable replacement.
Nilia Luxe takes care while preparing every package. Once the order is delivered to the address provided, the customer should inspect the package before using the product. If there is visible damage, please contact us on WhatsApp at +32 487 37 85 29 before opening or wearing the item.
If a package arrives opened, damaged, or incomplete, we will review the courier report and order confirmation before arranging a replacement for the exact same product when eligible.
